Unused non-negotiable chips or slot credits may not be redeemed for a credit. If the player wins a slot wager where a non-negotiable slot wager is in play, the casino will pay the winning play with a negotiable slot credit and the non-negotiable credit will be deducted from the non-negotiable slot credit available to the player. Whenever the player loses a slot wager, where the non-negotiable slot credit is in play, the non-negotiable slot credit will be deducted from the non-negotiable slot credit available to the player. Slot credits will be played and monitored through the casino’s slot player tracking system software. If the player wins a table game wager where a non-negotiable chip is in play, the player shall keep the non-negotiable chip, and the casino will pay the winning hand with negotiable chips, and the non-negotiable chip shall remain with the player. Whenever the player loses a table game wager, where the non-negotiable chip is in play, the non-negotiable chip will be surrendered to the house. That is, the chips may not be redeemed for cash and will be good for table game play only, excluding poker, sports book, and even money roulette or craps wagers. The table gaming chips will be “non-negotiable/non-redeemable”. Slot credits will be loaded on a slot players card for use in any slot machine within the casino. Table gaming chips will be provided in $5 and $25 chips.
